The New England Spring Flower Show was the world's longest running floral show and up until 2008, had been a yearly event for 137 years. They've kept the Horticultural Society involved by allowing them to organize a floral competition and design an exhibition garden. Although not the grand event of years past, Boston flower industry professionals are thankful that there is at least some remnant of one of the city's most loved trade shows.
